At NextStep Living, we recognize that stable housing is the foundation for a healthier, more empowered life. We are a Minnesota-based provider of Housing Stabilization Services, committed to walking alongside individuals who are navigating complex challenges—from homelessness and disability to financial instability and systemic barriers.

We partner with case managers, families, and care teams to deliver tailored support, helping each client move from uncertainty to security. Our approach goes beyond simply finding housing—we offer continued guidance to help people remain housed, overcome setbacks, and build long-term independence.

Every individual we serve has a story, and we honor that by meeting them where they are—with compassion, patience, and a clear plan forward. Whether someone is transitioning out of a care facility or struggling to hold onto their current home, we’re here to make sure no one has to face housing challenges alone.
